designed by gordon guillaumier
there is no end to what may trigger a designer's creativity. in this case, a rather unusual muse ended up as a lamp: a famous fresco by piero della francesca at arezzo that portrays a nobleman wearing a bizarre hat. as the name implies, its unusual shape resulted in the design of the ''arezzo'' lamp. it is particularly interesting how such a solemn image became an elegant, contemporary object, closed on top by an exquisite lens made of curved glass.
table lamp giving diffused light, in glossy opaline blown glass. upside lens in curved glass diffuser. lacquered metal base. with dimmer switch.
